Jeffrey P. Clark, D.C., C.C.W.P., is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Lake Stevens community.

Dr. Jeffrey P. Clark is a Chiropractor, Wellness Practitioner and Coach, Businessman, Reiki Master, Author, Artist and Philosopher.

Dr. Jeffrey P. Clark has been freeing people from pain while promoting health and wellness at Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center in Lake Stevens, WA. As a Chiropractor with over two decades of experience, Dr. Clark is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Clark uses a “whole person approach”. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time), and making whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Clark is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Clark received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, in 1991. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Dr. Clark enjoys learning new chiropractic techniques and scientific discoveries, and therefore attends numerous Post-Graduate trainings every year. He has mastered numerous chiropractic techniques utilizing manual adjusting, light force and instrument adjusting, as well as adjustments for the extremities, and also cranial (skull bones) adjusting.

Dr. Clark is a member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractor’s Association, The ICA Council on Wellness Science and the Brain Injury Association of Washington.

In 2007, Dr. Clark earned a Post-Graduate certification in Wellness Science from the International Chiropractor’s Association Council on Wellness Science. This makes him a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (C.C.W.P.). He also has a certification in Automobile Collision Injuries from 2005, and is a specialist in treating automobile accident injuries.

Dr. Clark is a former two-term President of the East King County Chiropractic Association from 1996-1998. In 1997, he was one of only 21 chiropractors from across the country to serve on a goodwill mission to northern Panama, where he adjusted thousands of people.

Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center offers a variety of wellness services. These include not only chiropractic care, but also massage therapy, nutritional counseling and products, and detoxification. Massage Therapy is provided by Ashley Tice, LMP, Becky Dunham, LMP, and the Director of Massage Therapy Stasha Howarth-Clark, LMP. All are graduates of the Spectrum Center School of Massage, in Lake Stevens, WA.

Dr. Clark is married to Stasha, a licensed massage practitioner. Stasha is the Director of Massage Therapy at Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center. He has a daughter, Brenna, who recently earned her Master’s Degree in Education in Oregon. She is married to Aaron, who is a great addition to the family.

When not serving his patients, Dr. Clark enjoys photography, painting, reading, and hiking. Dr. Clark and wife Stasha are proud parents of the MPCWC mascot and therapy dog, Lola, a French Bulldog. Most days you will find Lola meandering through the rooms at MPCWC saying “hi” to anyone and everyone.


Stasha Howarth-Clark, LMP

Director of Massage Therapy

Stasha Howarth-Clark is the Director of Massage Therapy for Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center. Stasha has always had a passion to help those in need. She has been actively practicing massage therapy since 2004. Stasha is a certified Wellness Coach. Stasha assists with Creating Wellness, hormone testing, and nutrition and wellness coaching at MPCWC. She often leads workshops on a number of health & wellness related topics.

Stasha is well versed in a number of therapeutic massage modalities, including SRT, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. She has devoted hundreds of hours to advanced massage education, and is a Certified Practitioner of Structural Relief Therapy.

Stasha has begun the aromatherapy and essential oils journey. She has trained and become certified to offer Raindrop Technique Essential Oil massages.

An avid reader, Stasha also enjoys collecting cookbooks and cooking, sewing, crafts, making beautiful cards, making and listening to music, and being outdoors in the great Northwest.


Leah Page



Leah Page spent most of her adult life working in early childhood education. Her personal quest for improved health and wellness led her to Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center for care after an accident. As we grew and expanded, we realized that Leah would be a valuable asset to our team…and she is!

Leah enjoys spending time with family, personal fitness, crafting, camping and a good suspense novel.


Angela Schwartz

Chiropractic Assistant

Angela Schwartz is a long time believer in the power of chiropractic. She and her (all-too-grown-up) daughters have seen Dr. Clark since the children were toddlers. Becoming a Chiropractic Assistant was a natural career choice. Angela is a certified chiropractic x-ray technician inside the office and a voice for chiropractic outside the office. She assists in performing examinations and is our primary patient liaison. Angela’s free time is often spent outdoors with her family, and she enjoys traveling to sunny destinations.


Becky Dunham, LMP

Massage Therapist

Becky Dunham made a career change in order to follow her passion for helping to make the world a better place and helping those in need. Massage therapy was a perfect fit for her.

Becky attended Spectrum Center School of Massage in Lake Stevens, WA, specializing in clinical therapeutic massage, energy work, and Swedish Relaxation Massage techniques. Becky is very energetically sensitive, which allows her to work with clients who are under a wide range of stressors and she is able to bring them relief in multiple dimensions.

Becky is active with fellowship, faith, family and friends.


Ashley Tice, LMP

Massage Therapist

In her senior year of high school, Ashley Tice decided to become a massage therapist. She chose this path because she loves creating a positive outlook for people in their lives, their bodies and their health. Ashley feels massage is great for creating that experience.

Ashley absolutely loves clinical/therapeutic work, specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, and working with essential oils. Ashley is also trained and certified to perform Raindrop Technique Massages. Ashley loves to help you feel better, but if someone just wants to come in and relax, she is well versed in Swedish Relaxation Massage, as well.

During her time off from massaging, you will most likely find Ashley outdoors. She loves camping, wheeling, hiking, playing sports, going to the sand dunes or simply enjoying a BBQ in the backyard.

Kate Swartz, LMT

Massage Therapist

Kate Swartz, LMT, has a passion for helping people, and for making them feel good mentally and physically. Having an inborn knack for shoulder and neck rubs, she made the choice to turn this skill into a career as a massage therapist.

Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, whether at home or in the yard, or getting away on a camping trip to commune with nature. Kate strives to keep her mind clear and remain grounded so she can better focus on the needs of her clients.


Lola Clark

Mascot and Therapy Dog

Lola Clark has dedicated her entire life as the official mascot and therapy dog at Market Place Chiropractic Wellness Center. Lola is a French bulldog and was born in October 2011. When not serving the needs of our patients (who she believes come in only to see her), Lola enjoys ripping the stuffing out of her toys, laying in the sunshine and travelling with mommy & daddy just about every place they go.
